SHABAB is one of the main leading components of the Learning Division at the Trust. It is dedicated to motivating and preparing young people to enter the business world through developing their awareness of business and their key skills.
The objectives of SHABAB are to boost entrepreneurship amongst young Syrians, encourage them to enter the business world, equip them with the key skills needed in order to succeed as productive individuals in society and create a positive impression of business amongst Syrian society.
  
SHABAB runs four programmes aimed at 15-24 year olds: Business Awareness Programme, Know about Business, Business Experience and Business Clinic.
 One of the distinctive features of SHABAB is that it offers different segments of society the opportunity to participate in the implementation of its programmes and hence, play an active role within their local community..  Its strongest working relationships are with the local business communities, government and civil society.
