Creates a positive impression of the business world amongst young people by placing them directly in a business environment. It also introduces them to the different emerging opportunities within the Syrian private sector and hence, widening their horizon about future career choices.. Throughout the one week of company visits, a workshop is held at the end of each day to summarise the events and ideas experienced.
